Morph

Morph is a new performance for knurl, drums and live electronics, and the next iteration in an ongoing research and collaboration between Rafaele Andrade and Timo Hoogland. In the performance Rafaele (knurl) and Timo (drums/electronics) create various sonic textures by connecting their instruments together via the computer. During the progression of the piece they explore how an instrument can extend beyond itself and morph into one larger instrument by controlling eachothers sounds.
